摘　　要：新能源汽车变速器试验台是用于对新能源汽车变速器进行性能检测的一种试验装置。试验台控制系统在试验过程中对于参数控制、过程监控和数据处理起着至关重要的作用。以新能源汽车DAT变速器为研究对象,根据变速器磨合、疲劳寿命和传动效率等试验要求,搭建一套基于CAN总线的新能源汽车变速器试验台控制系统。该控制系统实现了DAT变速器的换挡控制、转速转矩变换,能够控制驱动端和加载端的动力输入和输出,并对变速器二挡总成效率进行测试。通过验证,证明了该控制系统能够对新能源汽车变速器进行稳定、可靠的有效控制。The new energy vehicle transmission test bench is a test device used for performance testing of new energy vehicle transmissions.The test bench control system plays a vital role in parameter control,process monitoring and data processing during the test process.Taking new energy vehicle DAT transmission as the research object,and builds a new energy vehicle transmission test bench control system based on CAN bus based on the test requirements of transmission running-in,fatigue life and transmission efficiency.The control system realizes the shift control and speed and torque conversion of the DAT transmission,can control the power input and output of the driving end and loading end,and tests the efficiency of the second gear assembly of the transmission.Through verification,it was proved that the control system can perform stable,reliable and effective control of the new energy vehicle transmission.
