摘  要:为有效评估体系级装备抗干扰效能,基于OODA环理论,结合熵权法、模糊综合评价法及装备体系能力模型,计算装备体系各作战环节及综合抗干扰能力量值,将战场中动态变化的装备体系运用方式模型化、数据化,既可实现对各分系统的抗干扰效能评价,也可适应装备体系整体抗干扰效能评估,可为体系级装备抗干扰能力提升提供参考。To effectively evaluate the anti-interference effectiveness of system level equipment,based on the OODA ring theory,combined with entropy weight method,fuzzing comprehensive evaluation method,equipmenting system capability model and calculating the comprehensive anti-interference capability values of each combat link of the equipment system.The dynamic changes of the equipment system in the battlefield are modeled and digitized,which can not only achieve anti-interference effectiveness evaluation of each subsystem,but also adapt to the overall anti-interference effectiveness evaluation of the equipment system,laying the foundation for improving the anti-interference capability of system level equipment.
