摘 要:射击过程射手人体内部承受的关节力和肌肉力矩是最直接评估枪械人机工效的指标参数,以某典型步枪立姿无依托射击为对象,给出一套规范化的采用三维运动测量的射击过程人体内部动态受力预估方法,该方法通过测量射手基本参数、设置人枪系统运动学测量关键标记点、射击试验及三维运动捕捉测量、射手人—枪肌肉骨骼建模与逆向动力学计算,获得射击人体内部动态作用载荷。应用实例表明该方法可行,为枪械射击人机适应性指标参数获取和人机工效评估提供了新途径。The joint force and muscle torque endured by the shooter’s body during the shooting process are the most direct index parameters for evaluating the ergonomics of firearms.This paper takes the typical standing unsupported shooting of a certain rifle as the object and presents a standardized method for inferring the internal dynamic forces of the human body during the firearm shooting process based on three-dimensional motion measurement.This method obtains the dynamic internal loading of the shooting human body by measuring the basic parameters of the shooter,setting the key marking points for kinematic measurement of the shooter-firearm system,conducting shooting tests and three-dimensional motion capture measurement,and modeling and inverse dynamics calculation of the shooter’s musculoskeletal system.The application examples show that this method is feasible and provides a new way for obtaining the index parameters of human-machine adaptability and evaluating the ergonomics of firearm shooting.
