摘  要:依据标准SAE-ARP5416对某型直升机缩比模型进行雷击试验,得到初始雷击附着点数据,基于静电感应原理,通过CST EM工作室模拟计算直升机表面各处电场强度,以试验结果为依据确定仿真场强判定阈值,求出直升机雷击附着仿真结果。分析研究表明:雷电先导的发展路径具有多样性,主旋翼与机身处均会引发雷电上行先导;直升机各部位被雷电附着的概率,与该部位表面积占比不呈正相关,附着点主要集中在旋翼等尖端位置;仿真中高场强区域分布与试验得到的雷击附着点分布基本一致,表明仿真方法有效。研究得到的该型直升机雷击附着判定阈值可为其改型时划分雷击附着区域提供技术支撑。According to the standard SAE-ARP5416,a lightning strike test was conducted on a scaled model of a certain type of helicopter to obtain initial lightning attachment point data.Based on the principle of electrostatic induction,the electric field strength at various locations on the surface of the helicopter was simulated and calculated using CST EM studio.The simulation field strength judgment threshold was determined based on the test results,and the simulation results of helicopter lightning attachment were obtained.Analysis and research indicate that the development path of lightning precursor is diverse,and both the main rotor and the fuselage can trigger lightning upstream precursor;The probability of lightning attachment to various parts of the helicopter is not positively correlated with the proportion of surface area of that part,and the attachment points are mainly concentrated at the tip of the rotor and other positions;The distribution of high field strength areas in the simulation is basically consistent with the distribution of lightning attachment points obtained from the experiment,indicating the effectiveness of the simulation method.The threshold for determining lightning strike attachment of this type of helicopter obtained from research can provide technical support for dividing lightning strike attachment areas during its modification.
