山西省实施农机购置与应用补贴政策的探讨

摘　　要：农业生产的迅速发展对农机装备数量和技术水平提出了更高要求,农机购置与应用补贴政策强化应用导向,大幅提升了农业物质技术装备水平,有力促进了农业机械化向全程全面高质高效转型升级,推动了农业机械化和农机装备产业的快速发展,为农业现代化和乡村振兴做出了积极贡献。通过分析山西省农机购置与应用补贴政策的实施情况、存在的问题,提出了相应的改进建议,旨在推动山西省农业机械化高质量发展。The rapid development of agricultural production has put forward higher requirements for the quantity and technical level of agricultural machinery and equipment.The subsidy policy for the purchase and application of agricultural machinery has strengthened the application orientation,greatly improved the level of agricultural material and technical equipment,effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization to a comprehensive,high-quality and efficient process,and promoted the rapid development of agricultural mechanization and agricultural machinery and equipment industry.It has made positive contributions to agricultural modernization and rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of the implementation and existing problems of the subsidy policy for the purchase and application of agricultural machinery in Shanxi Province,the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward to promote the high quality development of agricultural mechanization in Shanxi Province.
