摘 要:为探究不同光照强度对栓皮栎生长的影响,以甘肃省天水市麦积区为试验地点,设置不同的遮阴处理进行试验。结果显示,T2条件下的株高增长量与叶面积增长量均保持在较高水平,物质渗透调节最低时,全光照条件相比下降,得出该条件有利于栓皮栎幼苗的生长。伴着遮阴率调整增至T4条件后,渗透调节物质会逐步升高至全光照水平,过低光照会产生栓皮栎幼苗渗透胁迫,并激发植物体积累较多渗透调节物质进行抵抗。本研究可为栓皮栎培育提供重要的理论依据。In order to investigate the effects of light intensity on the growth of Quercus variabilis,different shading treatments were set in the Maiji area.The results showed that the growth of plant height and leaf area under T2 condition remained at a high level,and the growth of full light condition decreased compared with that under the lowest osmotic regulation.When the shading rate was adjusted to T4 condition,the osmoregulatory substances would gradually increase to the full light level,and too low light would produce osmotic stress in Quercus variabilis seedlings,and stimulate the plant to accumulate more osmoregulatory substances for resistance.This study provided important theoretical basis for the cultivation of Quercus variabilis.
