种子不同储存时间对金钗石斛组培苗的影响研究

摘　　要：对赤水市金钗石斛种子不同储存时间进行试验研究,结果表明,随着种子储存时间的增长,种子活力不断降低,金钗石斛组培苗生长状况也逐渐降低。种子储存在6个月之内,萌发率和圆球茎开始发根时间都比较稳定,萌发率达85%左右,但在6个月以后萌发率就急剧下降,圆球茎开始发根时间也相对加长。从金钗石斛组培苗的各项生长指标来看,储存时间在6个月以内的比储存时间超过6个月的好,说明储存时间超过6个月后就会严重影响金钗石斛种子质量进而影响组培苗的生长状况。因此,建议在实际生产中种子储存时间在6个月以内效果较好。Different storage time of Dendrobium nobile seed in Chishui City was studied,the results showed with the increase of seed storage time,seed vitality decreased,and the growth of Dendrobium nobile tissue culture seedlings also decreased gradually.When seeds were stored for 6 months,the germination rate and the time of starting hair roots of round bulbs were relatively stable,the germination rate reached about 85%,but the germination rate dropped sharply after 6 months,and the time of starting hair roots of round bulbs was relatively longer.From the growth indexes of Dendrobium nobile tissue culture seedlings,the storage time within 6 months is better than the storage time over 6 months,indicating that the storage time over 6 months will seriously affect the seed quality of Dendrobium nobile and then affect the growth of the tissue culture seedlings.Therefore,it is recommended that the seed storage time in actual production is less than 6 months.
