摘　　要：20世纪以来,美国始终坚持“国家利益至上”的能源战略原则,经历了“能源扩张、能源觉醒、能源绑定、能源独立”4个阶段,建立并巩固了石油权力,深刻影响着全球石油市场供需、定价、流通等各个方面。但受世界石油需求重心东移、美国实施中东收缩战略、乌克兰危机后全球“去美元化”浪潮及能源转型加快等因素影响,美国石油权力面临诸多新挑战。分析美国石油权力的演进过程,对我国保障能源安全、提升国际石油市场定价权、建设能源领域人类命运共同体具有参考意义。建议持续推进增储上产,增强应急避险能力;推动能源金融市场发展,积极融入国际石油定价体系;务实推进能源合作,构建能源领域人类命运共同体。Since the 20th century,the United States has always adhered to the principle of"national interest first"energy strategy.It has gone through four stages of"energy expansion,energy awakening,energy binding,and energy independence",established and consolidated oil power,and profoundly influenced various aspects of the global oil market,including supply and demand,pricing,and circulation.But with the shift of the world's oil demand center to the east,the US strategic pullback in the Middle East,the global"de dollarization"wave after the Ukraine crisis,and the acceleration of energy transformation,the US oil power is facing many new challenges.Analyzing the evolution of US oil power has reference significance for China to ensure energy security,enhance pricing power in the international oil market,and build a community with a shared future for mankind in the energy sector.It’s suggested to continuously promote the increase of storage and production,and enhancing emergency hedging capabilities;Promote the development of the energy finance market and actively integrate into the international oil pricing system;Pragmatically promote energy cooperation and build a community with a shared future for mankind in the energy sector.
