摘 要:医用中心吸引系统用于医疗机构向手术室、抢救室、治疗室和病房终端提供负压,产生吸力以吸排医疗废物(如痰液、脓血、组织碎屑等残留物),其排出气体存在大量细菌、病毒等微生物,需要经气体灭菌后排放。随着医疗机构对突发公共卫生事件防控要求的不断提升,保障医用中心吸引系统的气体无菌排出显得愈发重要。本文将阐述医用中心吸引系统中的常见气体灭菌技术,并对杀灭各类微生物、保证气体灭菌效率、防止病菌交叉感染等方面所发挥的作用进行分析。同时对该技术的未来发展趋势进行展望,探讨灭菌效率的实时在线监测、灭菌参数的精准控制等关键技术的应用,进一步提高医用中心吸引系统气体排放的安全性与可靠性。Medical central suction system is used for medical institutions to provide negative pressure to the operating room,emergency room,treatment room and ward terminal,and generate suction to absorb and discharge medical waste(such as sputum,pus and blood,tissue debris and other residues),whose exhaust gas contains a large number of bacteria,viruses and other microorganisms,which need to be discharged after gas sterilization.With the continuous improvement of the requirements of medical institutions for the prevention and control of public health emergencies,it is increasingly important to ensure the aseptic discharge of gas in medical central suction system.This paper will describe the common gas sterilization technology in medical central suction system,and analyze the role of killing all kinds of microorganisms,ensuring the efficiency of gas sterilization,and preventing cross infection of germs.At the same time,the future development trend of this technology is prospected,and the application of key technologies such as real-time online monitoring of sterilization efficiency and accurate control of sterilization parameters is discussed to further improve the safety and reliability of gas emission of medical central suction system.
