摘　　要：探讨安防系统在天津地铁1号线工程施工方案要点和工程管理。重点分析通信线路、通信设备安装和系统调试的施工方案及施工组织配备管理、质量管理、标准化管理、施工进度控制管理、安全管理等施工管理分析方面。对施工方案和工程管理的详细阐述,旨在提高地铁安防系统施工的整体水平,确保系统的稳定运行。通过实施严格的质量控制措施,可发现并解决施工中的问题,从而提升地铁安防工程的可靠性和安全性,为地铁的顺利运营提供坚实保障。This paper explores the key points of the construction plan and engineering management for the security system in the Tianjin Metro Line 1 project.It focuses on the construction plan for communication lines,installation of communication equipment,system commissioning,and construction management aspects,including organization and staffing,quality management,standardized management,construction progress control,and safety management.By providing a detailed explanation of the construction plan and engineering management,the aim is to improve the overall construction quality of the metro security system and ensure the stable operation of the system.Through the implementation of strict quality control measures,potential issues during construction can be identified and resolved,thereby enhancing the reliability and safety of the metro security system and providing a solid foundation for the successful operation of the metro.
