摘　　要：“双带头人”工作室始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,落实新时代党的建设总要求。探索实施“三培育、五带好”“一融双高”党建模式,发挥支部书记火车头作用,引领党建和业务双动力驱动,做好“奋斗者”“领头雁”“引路人”的培育,使党建与业务双融合、双促进、双提高。把支部建设成坚强的战斗堡垒,强化“我心向党,‘红’动电铁”品牌活动,充分发挥党员的先锋模范作用,以高质量党建推进高质量发展。The"Double Leader"Workstation consistently adheres to the guidance of Xi Jinping's Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and implements the overall requirements for Party construction in the new era.Exploring the implementation of the"Three cultivation,Five leading"and"One integration,Dual Excellence"party building models,emphasizing the role of the Party branch secretary as a leading figure to drive both Party building and professional development.The focus is on nurturing"strivers","leaders",and"guides",promoting the integration,mutual enhancement,and improvement of Party building and professional work.The goal is to strengthen the Party branch into a robust fighting fortress,reinforce the"I am devoted to the Party,'Red'moves the Electric Railway"brand activity,and fully leverage the exemplary role of Party members to drive high-quality development through high-quality party building.
