摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法制备金银益母宁合剂的HPLC指纹图谱,并对其主要有效成分进行质量分数测定。方法采用Agilent-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速为1.7 mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280 nm,以没食子酸、盐酸川芎嗪、绿原酸、盐酸益母草碱、落新妇苷和阿魏酸为指标成分,建立金银益母宁合剂的HPLC指纹图谱及6种指标性成分的质量分数测定方法。结果金银益母宁合剂的HPLC指纹图谱共标定了18个共有峰,15批金银益母宁合剂相似度均大于0.905。结论该方法简便可行、稳定可靠,为进一步开发金银益母宁合剂提供了科学依据。Objective To prepare the HPLC fingerprint of Jinyin Yimuning Mixture by HPLC and determine the content of its main effective components.Methods The HPLC fingerprints of Jinyin Yimuning Mixture were established using an Agilent-C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.1%aqueous phosphoric acid(B)in gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.7 mL/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 280 nm.Gallic acid,ligustrazine hydrochloride,chlorogenic acid,leonurine hydrochloride,loksingoside and ferulic acid were used as the indicator components.The HPLC fingerprints of Jinyin Yimuning Mixture were established,and the content of the six index components were determined.Results There were 18 common peaks in the fingerprint of Jinyin Yimuning Mixture,and the similarity of 15 batches of Jinyin Yimuning Mixture was greater than 0.905.Conclusion It is simple,feasible,stable and reliable which provides a scientific basis for further inheritance of Jinyin Yimuning Mixture.
