摘　　要：三萜皂苷类化合物是植物体内重要的次生代谢产物,由三萜皂苷元和糖、糖醛酸和其他有机酸组成,主要是四环三萜和五环三萜两大类,因具有多种生物活性而受到广泛关注。三萜皂苷的合成与积累受自身遗传因素及环境中多种生物因子(动物、植物和微生物等)和非生物因子的调控。这些因素共同作用,影响了药材的质量控制及其活性成分的开发应用。本文综述了非生物因子(光照、水分、温度、土壤、海拔等因素)对五加科植物中三萜皂苷合成影响的研究进展,分析并总结各个因素对五加科植物中三萜皂苷合成的影响及可能的作用机理,以期为五加科植物研究和利用提供参考,加强非生物因子的管控、提高三萜皂苷在植株体内的积累,以保证药材质量。Triterpenoid saponins are important secondary metabolites in plants,consisting of triterpenoid saponin elements,sugars,uronic acid and other organic acids,mainly two major classes of tetracyclic triterpenoids and pentacyclic triterpenoids,which have attracted widespread attention because of their multiple biological activities.The synthesis and accumulation of triterpenoid saponins are regulated by their own genetic factors and a variety of biotic(animal,plant and microbial)and abiotic factors in the environment.These factors work together to influence the quality control of medicinal materials and the development and application of their active ingredients.In this paper,the research progress on the synthesis of triterpenoid saponins in Araliaceae by abiotic factors(such as environmental light,water,temperature,soil,altitude,etc.)was reviewed,and the effects of various factors on the synthesis of triterpenoid saponins in Araliaceae and their possible mechanisms of action were analyzed and summarized,in order to provide reference for the research and utilization of Araliaceae plants,strengthen the control of abiotic factors,and improve the accumulation of triterpene saponin in plants to ensure the quality of medicinal materials.
