摘 要:基于解析优化的步进加速寿命试验设计求解不适用于工程实践,对此提出了2种更适合工程应用的方法:一是将基于解析优化的求解问题转换为显函数的约束极值求解,提出基于离散函数的拟合方法;二是引入智能算法解决步进加速寿命试验优化设计的求解问题。在保证试验方案的可行性和试验结果的准确性的基础上,以Weibull分布产品步进加速试验优化设计为例,基于函数拟合和智能算法2种方法,解决了步进加速试验优化设计的工程实现。同时,通过基于仿真数据的模拟评价方法,以代表试验结果准确性和试验稳定性的指标来评价试验方案的优劣,通过仿真数据评价试验方案的统计精度和稳定性。The design of step-stress accelerated life test based on analytical optimization is not suitable for engineering implementation.Therefore,two more suitable methods for engineering applications are proposed.One is to transform the solution problem based on analytical optimization into a constrained extremum solution of explicit functions,and propose a fitting method based on discrete functions.The second is to introduce intelligent algorithms to solve the optimization design problem of step acceleration life test.On the basis of ensuring the feasibility of the experimental plan and the accuracy of the experimental results,taking the Weibull distribution product step acceleration test optimization design as an example,the engineering implementation of step acceleration test optimization design is solved based on two methods of function fitting and intelligent algorithm.At the same time,a simulation evaluation method based on simulation data is used to evaluate the superiority and inferiority of the experimental scheme using indicators representing the accuracy and stability of the experimental results.The statistical accuracy and stability of the experimental scheme are evaluated through simulation data.
