摘 要:针对基地化修理机构专业分工细,支援修理单元人员抽组难度大,人员工时利用率不高的问题,从技术关联度和任务关联度2个角度出发,提出了一种基地化修理专业集成方法,给出了集成专业优化模型和集成专业内部工种调度算法,并进行了算例分析。该方法能够有效支撑现行基地化修理专业聚类为集成化支援修理专业,便于降低支援修理抽组难度,提升修理人员利用效率。Addressing the issues of specialized subdivisions within depot-level repair organiza⁃tions,great difficulties in assembling support repair units due to personnel constraints,and low uti⁃lization of personnel work hours,a method for integrating depot-level repair specialties from the perspectives of technical relevance and task relevance is proposed.The optimization model for integrating specialties and scheduling algorithm for internal job categories within the integrated specialties are presented,and the example is analyzed.This method can effectively support the current clustering of depot-level repair specialties into integrated support repair special⁃ties,thereby facilitating the reduction of difficulties in assembling support repair units and enhanc⁃ing the efficiency of repair personnel utilization.
