摘　　要：生产保证质量等级是元器件质量的重要表征,是元器件选型、采购验收、检验筛选的关键依据,会影响到整机的质量水平。剖析了国内外片式电阻器生产保证质量等级体系,从生产过程控制的角度对不同生产保证质量等级的差异进行了比较分析。为设计师全面了解国内外电子元器件产品体系,更快速、准确地选型提供了支撑参考。Production assurance quality level is a significant representation of component quality,it is the key basis for component selection,procurement and acceptance,inspection and screening,and will affect the quality level of the complete machine.Production assurance quality level systems of domestic and foreign chip resistors are described,and the variation of different production assurance quality levels are compared from the point of view of production process control.It provides designers with a supportive reference to comprehensively understand the domestic and foreign eletronic components product system,and to select components more quickly and accurately.
