国外经济法研究现状与趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：基于Web of Science数据库中2000-2023年间收录的有关经济法研究的26 708篇英文论文数据信息,运用信息可视化软件CiteSpace对其进行了可视化分析,通过挖掘该领域研究文献的时间分布、国家(地区)、作者、机构和期刊等信息,结果发现:国际上经济法的研究主要集中在经济增长、政策、市场、管理和治理等领域;美国(7 425篇)的科研产出一家独大,各科研机构和作者合作的紧密度略显松散,暂未形成较强的核心作者团体;根据膨胀词的探测,今后经济法领域所涉及的规章制度、法律法规、外商直接投资、政治稳定、人工智能等方面的研究,将成为该领域研究的前沿热点。Based on the data information of 26708 English papers on economic law research included in the Web of Science database from 2000 to 2023,visual analysis is conducted using the information visualization software CiteSpace.By mining the temporal distribution,countries(regions),authors,institutions,and journals of research literature in this field,it is found that international research on economic law mainly focuses on areas such as economic growth,policies,markets,management,and governance.The United States has a dominant scientific research output(7425 articles),the closeness of cooperation between scientific research institutions and authors is slightly loose,and a strong core author group has not been formed.According to the detec⁃tion of inflatable words,the research of rules and regulations,laws and regulations,foreign direct investment,political stability,artificial intelligence and other aspects involved in the field of eco⁃nomic law will become the forefront of research in this field in the future.
