摘　　要：家蚕微孢子虫(Nosema bombycis)是首个被鉴定的微孢子虫,其快速水平传播和经卵垂直传播所引发的家蚕微粒子病严重影响了我国养蚕业的健康发展,是我国蚕种生产上唯一的法定检疫对象。微孢子虫弹出极丝形成中空管(极管),孢原质经极管运输至宿主细胞,完成侵染过程。极管作为微孢子虫特殊的侵染装置,本文重点介绍了家蚕微孢子虫极管的研究历程,并详细总结了微孢子虫极管的结构与组成特征、与宿主互作、内部物质运输等的研究进展,以期为深入解析家蚕微孢子虫侵染机制提供参考,也为家蚕微孢子虫防控治疗提供新思路。Nosema bombycis is the first identified microsporidium,and its rapid horizontal transmission and vertical transmission have caused the Pébrine,which seriously affects the healthy development of the sericulture industry in China.It is currently the only quarantine object in Chinese silkworm seed production.The microsporidia eject the polar filament,and the sporoplasm is transported through the hollow tube to the host to complete infection.As a special infection structure of microsporidia,here we reviewed the research progress of the microsporidian polar tube and summarized in detail the structure and composition characteristics of the polar tube from N.bombycis,its interaction with the host,and the internal cargo transportation.This study would provide a reference for the elucidation of the infection mechanism of N.bombycis and offer new ideas for the prevention and treatments of the N.bombycis.
