摘  要:家蚕微粒子病是由家蚕微孢子虫引起的传染性疫病,可以经由水平和胚胎传播,危害巨大,是目前蚕种生产中唯一的法定检疫病原。随着现代养蚕体系中家蚕微粒子病防控技术的全面落实,该病害对蚕业生产的毁灭性影响基本得到控制。但是,由于家蚕微孢子虫可以感染野外昆虫而无法灭绝,该病至今仍然是导致蚕种生产损失的主要因素之一。因此,开发高效且安全的家蚕微粒子病防治药物,对于养蚕业的健康发展具有重要意义。本文概述家蚕微粒子病防治药物应用现状、候选药物及作用靶点,简要分析药物研发所面对的挑战等,以期为家蚕微粒子病新型防治药物的研发提供参考。Pébrine disease is a devastating infectious disease caused by Nosema bombycis,which is the only quarantine organism in silkworm seed production,because it can be transmitted through embryos and cause poor harvest.With the implementation of the prevention and control technology of pébrine disease,the impact of pébrine disease on silk production has been basically controlled in China.However,the disease is still one of the main factors leading to the loss in silkworm seed production,because Nosema bombycis can infect many wild insects and cannot be extinct.As a result,the research and development of efficient therapeutic drugs for pébrine disease is of great significance for the development of sericulture.In this review,we briefly summarize the current applied drugs for pébrine disease,candidate drug targets and drug molecules,and the challenges in pébrine drug development.This review will provide reference for the research and development of drugs for the treatment of pébrine disease.
