摘　　要：[目的/意义]在文化数字化战略背景下,剖析公共文化服务数字化的示范场景,为我国文化产业高质量发展提供对策启示。[方法/过程]基于可及性理论,从可获得、可接受、可适应、可负担四个评价维度构建分析框架,结合政府社会、载体、服务、用户等核心要素,深入解读南京市公共文化服务数字化的三个示范场景。[结果/结论]根据评价分析框架和示范应用场景的实践经验,从五个维度提出公共文化服务数字化的提升路径。[Purpose/significance]Under the background of cultural digitization strategy,this paper analyzes the demonstration scenarios of public cultural service digitization,which provides countermeasures for the high-quality development of China’s cultural industry.[Method/process]Based on the accessibility theory,the paper constructs an analysis framework from four evaluation dimensions of availability,acceptability,adaptability and affordability,and with combining the core elements such as government and society,carrier,service and user,deeply interprets the three demonstration scenarios of the digitization of public cultural services in Nanjing.[Result/conclusion]Based on the evaluation and analysis framework and the practical experience of demonstration application scenarios,this paper puts forward the promotion path of the digitization of public cultural services from five dimensions.
