摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对新时代高校图书馆人力资源难以满足高阶化学科服务需求的情况并基于寻求外部支持以助力嵌入科研全过程学科服务的目的,建设基于“众包+PI”理念的高校图书馆学科服务新模式,以期为科研领域的发展提供更好的支持和服务。[方法/过程]通过扫描众包及PI制用于高校图书馆学科服务的研究内容,基于嵌入科研全过程学科服务的基本特点和需求,从高校科研众包的局限性分析总结出面向众包的嵌入科研全过程学科服务的核心突破,进而引入PI制理念用以助力并完善众包传统模式。[结果/结论]对“众包+PI”高校图书馆嵌入科研全过程学科服务的新模式进行了初步设计与实现设想。[Purpose/significance]In view of the fact that the human resources of university libraries in the new era are difficult to meet the needs of high-level subject services,and based on the goal of seeking external support to facilitate the subject services embedded in the whole process of scientific research,a new model subject services in university libraries based on the concept of“crowdsourcing+PI”is established to provide better support and services for the development of the scientific research field.[Method/process]By scanning the research content of crowdsourcing and PI system applied in university library subject services,based on the basic characteristics and needs of the subject services embedded in the whole process of scientific research,this paper analyzes the limitations of university scientific research crowdsourcing and summarizes the core breakthroughs of the subject services embedded in the whole process of scientific research for crowdsourcing,and the concept of PI system is introduced to assist and improve the traditional model of crowdsourcing.[Result/conclusion]A preliminary design and implementation idea of the new model of“crowdsourcing+PI”in university library subject services embedded in the whole process of scientific research is proposed.
