摘  要:本文探讨了无铬鞣制防水皮革关键制备工艺技术的应用。采用沸石鞣剂和其他非铬金属鞣剂实现对生皮的充分鞣制,并开发与沸石主鞣相适配的填充加脂防水工艺,解决了无铬鞣革防水剂难以渗透固定的问题,赋予无铬鞣革优异的防水性能。得到的皮革制品手感丰满柔软、革身挺括,同时具备较高的收缩温度及力学强度。这一技术的应用不仅能减少含铬金属离子污水的排放与固体废弃物的产生,节省含铬污废处理成本,还能减轻对环境的危害,符合绿色环保的要求。This paper explored the application of key preparation techniques for chrome-free tanned waterproof leather.The process used zeolite tanning agents and other non-chromium metal tanning agents to fully tan raw hides,and developed a filling,fatliquoring,and waterproofing process compatible with zeolite tanning.This process addressed the issue of poor penetration and fixation of waterproofing agents in chrome-free tanned leather,resulting in excellent waterproof performance.The leather produced through this process has a full and soft texture,a firm body,and high shrinkage temperature and mechanical strength.The application of this technology can not only reduce the discharge of chromium-containing metal ion sewage and the generation of solid waste,save the cost of chromium-containing waste treatment,but also reduce the harm to the environment,in line with the requirements of green environmental protection.
