法治视域下皮革行业产业链规范化发展研究

摘　　要：在国内相关法律法规逐步完善的社会大环境下,皮革行业的生产规范化问题正在被有关部门所关注。目前,国内外皮革生产企业的规范化操作和整改措施正在逐步加强。皮革产品的生产标准和进出口由于国内外商品质量标准的不同和对动物皮革的产销监制准则的不同而产生了一定的制约因素。从该角度出发,本文分析了当前皮革行业在产品生产制造及规范化发展方面受到的多因素影响以及企业生产链建设的现状,并结合相关法律监管的要求,从法治建设的视角出发,分析了国内外皮革行业生产制造规范化的缺失问题。In the context of the gradual improvement of relevant laws and regulations in China,the ssue of production standardization in the leather industry is receiving attention from relevant departments.At present,the standardized operation and rectification measures of domestic and foreign leather production enterprises are gradually strengthening.The production standards and import and export of leather products have certain restrictive factors due to the different quality standards of domestic and foreign commodities and the different production and sales supervision guidelines for animal leather.From this perspective,this article analyzed the impact of multiple factors on the current leather industry in product manufacturing and standardized development,as well as the current situation of enterprise production chain construction.Combined with the requirements of relevant legal supervision,from the perspective of legal construction,the article studied the lack of standardization for production and manufacturing in the domestic and foreign leather industry.
