摘 要:通过对液体丁基橡胶进行环氧化处理得到环氧化改性液体丁基橡胶(EIIR),并将其与马来酸酐接枝热塑性聚氨酯(TPU-g-MAH)共同作为增容剂,以提高丁基橡胶(IIR)与热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)共混体系的相容性,进而增强共混物的力学性能。结果表明,EIIR可以在高温条件下与TPU-g-MAH反应原位生成IIR-g-TPU增容剂,能够与共混物两相分子链产生物理相互作用,提高IIR与TPU之间的相容性,形成微观相态更为精细的相态结构,并且促进了界面应力传递,所制备的共混物(TPU/IIR-EIIR)的力学性能有所增强。与未增容的TPU/IIR相比,分散相尺寸缩小至(296±1)μm,TPU/IIR-EIIR共混物的拉伸强度从122MPa提高到161MPa,断裂伸长率从340%提高到403%。Epoxidized liquid butyl rubber(EIIR)obtained with the modification of liquid butyl rubber,coordinated with maleic anhydride grafted thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU-g-MAH)as compatibilizers to improve the compatibility of butyl rubber(IIR)and thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)blends,and thereby enhancing the mechanical properties of the blends.The results show that EIIR can react with TPU-g-MAH to form IR-g-TPU compatibilizer in situ under high temperature conditions,which could physically interact with the two-phase molecular chain of the blend,improve the compatibility between IIR and TPU and form a phase structure with finer microscopic phase.The transfer of interfacial stresses has been also promoted and the mechanical properties of the prepared TPU/IIR-EIIR blends were enhanced.Compared with the uncompatibilized TPU/IIR blends,the size of the dispersed phase in TPU/IIR-EIIR blend was reduced to(2.96+1)μm,the tensile strength of the TPU/IIR-EIIR blends increased from 12.2 MPa to 16.1 MPa,and the elongation at break increased from 340%to 403%.
