摘　　要：近年来,随着全球产业的更迭变幻,制鞋行业供应链的上下游也发生了差异化改变。制鞋行业供应链上下游协同问题或将出现不同以往的风险和市场分化,这也是企业发展中需要重视的问题。本文就产业演化背景下制鞋行业供应链上下游协同风险进行了分析和评估,希望能对整个制鞋产业的发展转型起到指导性作用。In recent years,with the change of the global industry,the upstream and downstream of the supply chain of footwear industry have also undergone differentiated changes.The upstream and downstream coordination of the supply chain of footwear industry may have different risks and market differentiation,which is also a problem that needs to be paid attention to in the development of enterprises.This paper analyzed and evaluated the upstream and downstream collaborative risks of the supply chain of footwear industry under the background of industrial evolution,hoping to play a guiding role in the development and transformation of the entire footwear industry.
