摘　　要：皮具箱包产业蓬勃发展,但其设计知识产权保护所处的窘境日益凸显。对皮具箱包等设计知识产权的保护不仅是推动“中国制造”转向“中国创造”的重要手段,更是推动我国相关知识产权保护制度完善的必要措施。本文在分析我国皮具箱包设计知识产权保护现状及问题的基础上,探讨皮具箱包设计知识产权保护的风险和意义,并提出皮具箱包设计知识产权保护策略,希望能够实现对皮具箱包设计知识产权的有效保护,推动箱包设计不断发展创新。The leather luggage industry is booming,but the dilemma of its design intellectual property protection is becoming more and more prominent.The protection of intellectual property of leather luggage design is not only an important means to promote"Made in China"to"Created in China",but also a necessary measure to promote the improvement of the relevant intllectual property protection system in China.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of intellectual property protection of leather luggage design in China,this paper discussed the risks and significance of intellectual property protection of leather luggage design and proposed strategies for intellectual property protection of leather luggage design,hoping to achieve effective protection of intellectual property of leather luggage design and promote the continuous development and innovation of luggage design.
