摘  要:以实际施工井X井为例,详细分析了连续油管卡阻的事故原因及解卡技术难点,并提出采用化学切割技术进行解卡的方案。介绍了化学切割器的结构特点与工作原理,通过在X井的成功应用,验证了化学切割技术的可行性与有效性。结果表明:化学切割技术工艺简单可靠,切割效果良好,具有良好的实用性和经济性,该技术为类似小直径油管卡阻事故的处理提供了重要参考。Taking the actual construction well X as an example,this paper analyzed in detail the causes of coiled tubing stuck and the difficulties of unstuck technology,and proposed the scheme of chemical cutting technique for unblocking.Based on the introduction of structure characteristics and working principle of the chemical cutter,the feasibility and effectiveness of the chemical cutting technology were verified by the successful application in X well.The results show that the chemical cutting technology is simple and reliable,has good cutting effect,good practicability and economy,and provides an important reference for the treatment of similar small diameter tubing stuck accident.
