摘  要:为解决油田发生井喷、着火等危急情况,研制了一种远程液压快速抢装井口装置。采用油田现有的远程机械手切割套管本体部位后,在仅剩光套管的情况下,将该装置插入光套管中,利用防喷器远程控制台提供动力,启动双向活塞,带动锥形拉杆上移,锥形拉杆外锥面向外推动卡瓦,使卡瓦牙卡紧到套管内壁上;在拉杆上移过程中,小活塞下移并轴向压紧密封胶筒,胶筒外胀,实现了卡紧并密封抢装井口装置中心管外壁与套管环空。关闭上部的防喷器闸板,实现对井口的封闭。抢装井口装置的液压控制腔承压21 MPa,卡紧密封承压70 MPa,壳体承压105 MPa。对抢装井口装置的关键部件胶筒进行仿真分析,密封长度维持在稳定水平,密封性能良好。该装置在大庆油田应用实施且起到良好的抢险密封作用,满足安全性和经济性的要求。In order to solve the emergency situation such as blowout and fire in oil field,a remote hydraulic fast mounting wellhead device was developed.After using the existing remote manipulator in the oil field to cut the casing body part,the device was inserted into the casing when only the bare casing was left,and the remote control console of the BOP was used to provide power.The twoway piston was started to drive the conical tie rod to move upward,and the outer cone of the conical tie rod pushed the slips outward,so that the slips were stuck to the inner wall of the casing.The small piston moved down and compacted the sealing cylinder axially,and the rubber cylinder expanded outwards to realize clamping and sealing the outer wall of the center pipe of the wellhead device and the casing annulus.Then,the upper BOP gate was closed so as to seal the wellhead.The pressure of the hydraulic control chamber of the device was 21 MPa,the pressure of the tight seal was 70 MPa,and the pressure of the shell was 105 MPa.The rubber cylinder,a key component of the wellhead installation device,was simulated and analyzed.The sealing length is maintained at a stable level and the sealing performance is good.In a word,this device has been applied and implemented in Daqing oilfield and has played a good role in emergency sealing,meeting the requirements of safety and economy.
