摘 要:MXene是一种新型的二维(2D)材料,具有比表面积大、表面官能团丰富、亲水性好、力学性能优良、化学活性高、与多种聚合物相容等优点,将其作为有机涂层的填料,可望制备出新型高性能有机防腐涂层,因而,近年来引起了广泛关注。对MXene/聚合物有机复合防腐涂层的最新进展进行了综述,首先简要介绍了MXene的结构、特点、物性、制备方法及其及潜在的应用;然后,以Ti3C2Tx作为MXene的典型代表,重点介绍了其与环氧树脂(EP)或聚氨酯(PU)两类聚合物形成的有机复合涂层的防腐性能,并从提高MXene的分散性、相容性、稳定性、取向性、抗团聚性的角度,分别描述了MXene接枝、功能化改性/修饰、定向排列、纳米复合、聚合物复合等表面处理方面的进展;最后,对MXene基有机复合涂层在防腐领域的当前挑战和未来发展机遇进行了展望。MXene is a novel two-dimensional(2D)material with advantages such as large specific surface area,abundant surface functional groups,nice hydrophilicity,excellent mechanical properties,high chemical activity,and compatibility with various polymers.Some novel high-performance organic anti-corrosion coatings are expected to be prepared,using MXene as an organic coatings filler,which has attracted widespread attention in recent years.The latest progress in MXene/polymer organic composite anti-corrosion coatings for corrosion protection is reviewed.Firstly,the structure,characteristics,physical properties,main preparation methods,and potential applications of MXene are briefly introduced.Then,taking Ti3C2Tx as the typical representative of MXene,the anti-corrosion performances of the organic composite coatings hybridized by it and the epoxy resin(EP)or polyurethane(PU)polymer substrates is mainly discussed and analyzed.From the perspective to improve the dispersion,compatibility,stability,orientation,and anti-aggregation properties of MXene,the progress in surface treatment such as MXene grafting,functionalization/modification,orientation arrangement,nanocomposition,and polymer-composition is described.Finally,the current challenges and future development opportunities of MXene-based organic composite coatings in the field of anti-corrosion are prospected.
