摘 要:常规高背压机组乏汽仅有热网循环水单一冷源,存在以热定电的供热灵活性限制。凝汽器分区运行可实现热网循环水和冷却循环水双冷源,是提高高背压机组运行灵活性的有效手段,但会增加机组冷源损失,影响供热经济性。为提升凝汽器分区运行经济性,基于Ebsilon软件建立了300 MW等级高背压机组凝汽器分区运行热力计算模型,分析了凝汽器分区运行对高背压机组运行灵活性和经济性的影响特性,研究了影响凝汽器分区运行经济性的关键因素,并进一步提出了确保凝汽器分区运行经济性的控制策略。结果表明:相比常规高背压机组,供热负荷1400 GJ/h时,分区运行时可提升机组顶峰出力38 MW,供热煤耗下降0.7 kg/GJ,但机组余热回收比下降0.18;当供热负荷为950 GJ/h时,分区运行可提升机组顶峰出力141.5 MW,供热煤耗下降1.6 kg/GJ,但机组余热回收比下降0.42。冷却循环水量是影响分区运行经济性的关键因素,在适应机组相同热电负荷条件下,冷却循环水量为27513 t/h时,机组余热回收比为0.16,供热煤耗为37 kg/GJ;冷却循环水量为4355 t/h时,机组余热回收比为0.39,供热煤耗为19 kg/GJ;低循环水量下机组的余热回收比提升0.23,供热煤耗下降18 kg/GJ。分区运行时应合理控制冷却循环水量,确保机组余热回收比例在经济临界值以上。The conventional high back pressure unit has only a single cold source of heating network circulating water,so it has the limitation of heating flexibility.Partition operation condenser has the dual cooling source of heating network circulating water and cooling circulating water.It is an effective method to improve the operating flexibility,but it will increase the cold source loss and reduce the heating economy.In order to improve the operating economy,the thermodynamic calculation model of a 300 MW high back pressure unit based on condenser partition operation was established by Ebsilon software.Based on the model,the influence characteristics of the operating flexibility and economy of high back pressure units were analyzed,and the key factor that affects the condenser subarea operating economy was studied.Furthermore,the control strategy to ensure the economical operation of the condenser.The results showed that,compared with the conventional high back pressure unit,when the heat supply load was 1400 GJ/h,the peak output of the condenser partition unit was increased by 38 MW,but the waste heat recovery ratio of the condenser partition unit was decreased by 0.18,and the coal consumption for heat supply was decreased by 0.7 kg/GJ.When the heating load was 950 GJ/h,the peak output of the condenser partition unit was increased by 141.5 MW,but the waste heat recovery ratio of the condenser partition unit iwa decreased by 0.42,and the coal consumption for heating supply was decreased by 1.6 kg/GJ.The cooling circulating water quantity was the key factor that affects the economy of condenser partition unit.Under the the same heat and power loadcondition,the waste heat recovery ratio was 0.16 and the coal consumption of heat supply was 37 kg/GJ when the cooling circulating water was 27513 t/h.The waste heat recovery ratio was 0.39 and the coal consumption of heating was 19 kg/GJ when the cooling circulating water was 4355 t/h.Under the low circulating water condition,the waste heat recovery ratio was increased by 0.
