摘  要:汽轮机稳定运行是保证电厂发电稳定的根本。汽轮机中组件较多,相互之间密切配合,其中推力轴承是保证转子与气缸相对位置的重要部分。在汽轮机运行过程中,推力轴承的工作状态是汽轮机能够稳定关键。为了明确某电厂1000MW超超临界机组汽轮机推力轴承超温的原因,通过停机和翻瓦检查,观察相关运行参数,对推力轴承进行了研究。结果表明:1号轴承安装时出现偏差导致主轴间隙减小,加之2号轴承供油量减小,共同导致该轴承出现高温现象。进一步分析得出,机组停机后轴向位移负向变化引起轴承偏斜是导致该机组推力轴瓦超温的主要原因;运行过程中供油量的减少会导致润滑与冷却效果下降,引起超温现象。汽轮机组结构众多且相互配合,某一部件出现偏差时会产生连带反应,寻找问题原因及处理时,应从多方面考虑。通过寻找推力轴承高温原因并处理,对同类型机组汽轮机故障处理具有一定借鉴意义。The stable operation of steam turbine is the fundamental to ensure the stability of power generation in power plant.There are many components in the steam turbine,which cooperate closely with each other.The thrust bearing is an important part to ensure the relative position of the rotor and the cylinder.During the operation of the steam turbine,the working state of the thrust bearing is the key to the stability of the steam turbine.In order to clarify the reasons for the overtemperature of the thrust bearing of a 1000 MW ultra-supercritical unit in a power plant,the thrust bearing was studied by observing the relevant operating parameters through shutdown and overturn inspection.The results show that the deviation of No.1 bearing during installation leads to the decrease of spindle clearance,and the decrease of oil supply of No.2 bearing leads to the high temperature phenomenon of the bearing.Further analysis showed that the bearing deflection caused by the negative change of axial displacement after the unit stops was the main reason for the overtemperature of the thrust bearing of the unit.The reduction of oil supply during operation will lead to a decrease in lubrication and cooling effects,resulting in over-temperature.The steam turbine unit has many structures and cooperates with each other.When a component deviates,it will produce a joint reaction.When finding the cause of the problem and dealing with it,it should be considered from many aspects.By finding the cause of high temperature of thrust bearing and dealing with it,it has certain reference significance for the fault treatment of steam turbine of the same type of unit.
