摘 要:为了解决当前清洁能源利用率不高的难题,最大限度的发挥火电机组的调峰能力,更好实现热电解耦,本文介绍了低压缸微出力技术的工作原理及热力系统,对低压缸微出力技术进行了综合分析,详细分析了机组实施低压缸微出力改造后的供热能力、调峰能力、安全性和经济性。结果表明:在主蒸汽流量为1081.6 t/h,低压缸进汽量为40 t/h工况下,机组最大供热量增加了85.61 MW。维持供热量不变,低压缸进汽量为40 t/h工况下,机组调峰能力约提高58 MW。对机组中排蝶阀实施升级改造,有效控制低压缸进汽量,机组最大供热保障能力达到472.73 MW。在保证机组安全运行,改造后供热季严寒期采用低压缸微出力工况运行,按某地严寒期时长为50 d,供热热价25元/GJ,可以增加收入约924.59万元,为提高机组运行的灵活性,扩大了机组的调峰范围提供参考。In order to solve the current problem of low utilization of clean energy,maximize the peak shifting capacity of thermal power units and better realize the thermoelectric coupling,this paper introduces the working principle and thermodynamic performance of“micro output technology of low-pressure cylinder”.It made a comprehensive analysis of micro output technology of low-pressure cylinder.The heat supply capacity,peak load regulation capacity,safety and economy of the unit after the micro output technology of low-pressure cylinder transformation were analyzed in detail.The results indicated that under the condition that the main steam flow was 1081.6 t/h and the inlet steam of the low-pressure cylinder was 40 t/h.The maximum heat supply of the unit was increased by 85.61 MW.Under the condition that the heat supply remains unchanged and the inlet steam of the low-pressure cylinder was 40 t/h,the peak load capacity of the unit was increased by about 58 MW.The butterfly valve of exhaust steam of Mediumpressure cylinder was transformed to effectively control the inlet steam of the low-pressure cylinder,and the maximum heating support capacity of the unit reached 472.73 MW.According to the length of the severe cold period of 50 d in a certain place,and the price of the heat supply heat is 25 yuan/GJ,therefore,it can increase the income of about 9245900 yuan,which can provide a reference to improve the flexibility of the operation of the unit and enlarge the peak shifting range of the unit.
