摘  要:介绍了一个综合性化学实验—吡啶-2,6-二甲酸锌配合物的室温固相合成及其热分解制备纳米氧化锌.以乙酸锌和吡啶-2,6-二甲酸为原料直接合成了其锌配合物,用EDTA滴定分析、元素分析、X射线粉末衍射、X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱和热分析等方法对配合物的组成及结构进行表征.以该配合物为前驱体,通过热分解方法制得纳米氧化锌,其粒径随热解温度的升高而增大.该综合实验项目涉及配合物及纳米材料的制备、结构表征和绿色化学理念等知识,有利于培养学生综合分析问题和解决问题的能力,提升学生的科学思维与创新能力.A comprehensive chemical experiment on the synthesis of zinc pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate by room temperature solid state reaction and the preparation of nanometer zinc oxide by thermal decomposition of the complex was introduced.The zinc(II)complex was synthesized with zinc acetate and pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid as raw materials.The composition and structure of the complex were characterized by EDTA titration,elemental analyses,single crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The nanometer zinc oxide was obtained by thermal decomposition using the zinc(II)complex as precursor and its particle size increases with the increase of pyrolysis temperature.The experiment involves the preparation of complex and nanomaterial,structural characterization,green chemistry concept and other knowledge,which is helpful to cultivate students'ability of comprehensive analysis and problem solving,and to enhance students'scientific thinking and innovation ability.
