摘  要:为准确测定土壤中汞含量,采用单因素实验考察了王水、超声时间、超声温度等因素对测定土壤中汞含量结果的影响,建立了超声王水浸提-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定土壤中汞的方法。结果表明,王水用量为7mL、超声温度为70℃、超声时间为60min时超声效果最佳。该方法检出限为0.006μg/g,定量下限为0.024μg/g,RSD为2.40%~3.93%(n=6),样品加标回收率在90.4%~110.1%。To accurately determine the mercury content in soil,a single factor experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of aqua regia,ultrasonic time,and ultrasonic temperature on the determination of mercury content in soil.An ultrasonic aqua regia leaching-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for determining mercury in soil was established.The results show that the best ultrasonic effect is achieved with 7 mL of aqua regia,an ultrasonic temperature of 70°C,and an ultrasonic time of 60 minutes.The method has a detection limit of 0.006μg/g,a lower limit of quantification of 0.024μg/g,an RSD of 2.40%~3.93%(n=6),and a sample recovery rate of 90.4%~110.1%.
