摘　　要：当前,我国固定污染源排污许可证后监管存在证后监管能力不足、证后监管力度不够、登记管理管控不严、企业主体意识缺乏等现实问题。固定污染源排污许可证后监管要重视增强企业主体责任意识、加强排污执法管理、完善监管体系建设、强化证后监管力度,不断提高固定污染源排污许可证后监管水平,为固定污染源监管制度体系建设与完善提供基础。At present,there are practical problems in the post-license supervision of fixed pollution sources in China,such as insufficient post-license supervision ability,insufficient post-license supervision,insufficient registration management and control,and insufficient awareness of enterprise subjects.The post-license supervision of fixed pollution sources should pay attention to improving the awareness of enterprise subjects'responsibility,strengthening the law enforcement management of pollutant discharge,improving the construction of the supervision system,and strengthening the post-license supervision.Continuously improve the level of supervision after the discharge permit of fixed pollution sources,and provide the basis for the construction and improvement of the supervision system of fixed pollution sources.
