摘　　要：特应性皮炎(AD)是一种以湿疹、皮肤干燥和瘙痒为主要特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病,不仅影响患者日常生活,降低生活质量,还给患者家庭带来巨大的经济负担。及时诊断治疗、加强AD症状管理,有助于控制AD的发展。随着信息技术的发展,人工智能在AD诊治和疾病管理中的优势日益凸显,如辅助医生进行AD的诊断与治疗效果的评价,为AD患者疾病严重程度评估、过敏及瘙痒监测、健康教育提供有效手段。本文重点对人工智能在AD患者中的应用现状进行综述,旨在为创新我国人工智能在AD患者中的应用提供参考。Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by eczema,dry skin and itching.It does not only affect the patients′daily life,but also imposes a huge economic burden on their families.Timely diagnosis and treatment,as well as strengthening the management of AD symptoms,can help control the progress of AD.With the development of information technology,the advantages of artificial intelligence(AI)in the diagnosis,treatment,and management of atopic dermatitis are becoming increasingly prominent.For example,it assists doctors in the diagnosis and evaluation of the therapeutic effectiveness,providing effective means for assessing the severity of atopic dermatitis,monitoring allergies and itching,and health education for patients.This review focuses on the application of AI in AD patients,aiming to provide a reference for the innovation of the application of AI in AD patients in China.
