摘 要:以水合三氯化钌为原料,经过氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液沉淀和氢气还原得到金属钌(Ru)颗粒浆料,再经氢氧化锌(Zn(OH)_(2))与氧气共同修饰成型处理制得纳米级Ru-Zn催化剂,研究了沉淀处理NaOH溶液浓度及氢气还原压力、温度、时间对金属Ru颗粒粒径的影响,以及Zn(OH)_(2)与氧气共同修饰成型处理对催化剂粒径的影响。结果表明:在沉淀处理NaOH溶液初始浓度(以质量分数计)为4.2%及氢气还原温度140℃、压力5.0 MPa、时间4 h的条件下,制得的金属Ru颗粒的粒径为45μm左右;粒径为45μm左右的金属Ru颗粒经Zn(OH)_(2)和氧气体积分数为2%~5%的曝气气体共同修饰成型处理5 h,可得到粒径约7 nm、Zn(OH)2质量分数为10%~15%的Ru-Zn催化剂,将该催化剂应用于苯部分加氢反应,苯的转化率为50%时,环己烯的选择性大于80%。Using hydrated ruthenium trichloride as raw material,a metal ruthenium(Ru)particle slurry was obtained by precipitation with sodium hydroxide(NaOH)solution and hydrogen reduction.Then a nano Ru-zinc(Zn)catalyst was prepared by co-modifying with zinc hydroxide(Zn(OH)_(2))and oxygen.The effects of NaOH solution concentration for precipitation treatment and hydrogen reduction pressure,temperature and time on metal Ru particle size were studied,as well as the effect of the co-modification with Zn(OH)_(2) and oxygen on the catalyst particle size.The results showed that the obtained size metal Ru particle was about 45μm under the conditions of the initial concentration of NaOH solution higher than 4.2%(by mass fraction)in precipitation treatment,hydrogen reduction temperature of 140℃,pressure of 5.0 MPa and time of 4 h;the metal Ru particles with a particle size of about 45μm were co-modified by Zn(OH)_(2) and aeration gas with an oxygen volume fraction of 2%-5%for 5 h,resulting in a Ru-Zn catalyst with a particle size of about 7 nm and Zn(OH)_(2) mass fraction of 10%-15%;and this catalyst applied to benzene partial hydrogenation provided the conversion rate of benzene of 50%and the selectivity of cyclohexene higher than 80%.
