细旦涤纶专用聚酯切片的UDY-DT试纺工艺研究

摘  要:以2种不同灰分含量的细旦涤纶专用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)切片为原料,对比分析PET切片的二氧化钛(TiO_(2))粒径尺寸及粒径分布、热性能、相对分子质量及分布、可纺性,筛选出适用于生产细旦涤纶的专用PET切片;采用未拉伸丝(UDY)-拉伸加捻丝(DT)工艺路线试纺细旦涤纶,研究了纺丝温度、冷却条件及纺丝速度对纤维性能的影响。结果表明:TiO_(2)含量低(质量分数0.26%)、TiO_(2)粒径尺寸小(0.45μm)、数均相对分子质量较低(24334)的PET切片表现出更好的可纺性;采用UDY-DT工艺制备细旦涤纶时,较高的纺丝温度有利于改善熔体的流动性,较高的纺丝速度及缓和的冷却条件有利于提高纤维的取向度及其力学性能的稳定性;将可纺性好的PET切片在纺丝温度300℃、侧吹风速度0.55 m/s、纺丝速度1300 m/min的条件下纺制细旦涤纶DT,纺丝、拉伸过程顺利,DT的单丝线密度为0.60 dtex,断裂强度为4.12 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为21.49%。Using two types of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)chips with different ash content specially designed for fine denier polyester fiber as raw materials,a comparative analysis was conducted on the particle size and size distribution of titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))and the thermal properties,relative molecular mass and its distribution,and spinnability of the PET chips to select a PET chip specially for fine denier polyester fiber.The undrawn yarn(UDY)-drawn textured yarn(DT)process route was adopted to conduct the trial spinning of fine denier polyester fibers.And the effects of spinning temperature,quenching conditions and spinning speed on the fiber properties were studied.The results showed that the PET chips with low TiO_(2) content(0.26%by mass fraction),small TiO_(2) particle size(0.45μm)and low number average relative molecular mass(24334)exhibited better spinnability;a higher spinning temperature was beneficial for improving the flowability of the melt and a higher spinning speed and moderate quenching conditions were beneficial for enhancing the orientation degree of the fibers and the stability of their mechanical properties when using UDY-DT process to prepare fine denier polyester fiber;and the spinning and drawing processes were smooth,and the obtained DT had the single filament density of 0.60 dtex,the breaking strength of 4.12 cN/dtex,and the breaking elongation of 21.49%when fine denier polyester DT was spun from the PET chips with good spinnability under the conditions of spinning temperature of 300℃,cross air blow speed of 0.55 m/s,and spinning speed of 1300 m/min.
