超凉感PA 6 FDY的制备及性能研究

摘  要:将消光聚酰胺6(PA 6)切片与冰凉母粒(质量分数5%)共混,经高速纺丝制备超凉感PA 6全拉伸丝(FDY),研究了不同冰凉母粒、纤维截面和冷却条件下的超凉感PA 6 FDY的性能。结果表明:含氧化锌的冰凉母粒和含氮化铝(AlN)的冰凉母粒对超凉感PA 6 FDY的断裂强度、断裂伸长率及吸湿速干性、染色性能的影响差异不大,但含AlN的冰凉母粒明显提高了纤维的冰凉性能;相比圆形截面超凉感PA 6 FDY,十字形截面超凉感PA 6 FDY的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、染色M率均有所降低,但其冰凉性能及吸湿速干性能明显提高;相比侧吹风冷却,环吹风冷却有利于提高十字形截面超凉感PA 6 FDY的条干均匀度、染色M率及吸湿速干性能,对纤维冰凉性能的影响较小;添加含AlN的冰凉母粒、采用十字形喷丝板及环吹风冷却制备的超凉感PA 6 FDY具有良好的力学性能及优异的冰凉性能,纤维断裂强度3.52 cN/dtex、断裂伸长率42.3%,其织物的接触凉感系数达0.27 J/(cm^(2)·s),吸湿速干等级达Ⅲ级。Super cool polyamide 6(PA 6)fully drawn yarn(FDY)was prepared by blending dull PA 6 chips with cool masterbatch(5%by mass fraction)prior to high-speed spinning.The properties of super cool PA 6 FDY with different fiber cross-sections prepared from different cool masterbatches was studied under different quenching conditions.The results showed that the effects of cool masterbatches containing zinc oxide and aluminum nitride(AlN)on the breaking strength,elongation at break,moisture-wicking properties and dyeing properties of super cool PA 6 FDY were not significantly different,however,the cool masterbatch containing AlN significantly improved the cooling performance of the fiber;compared with the circular cross-section super cool PA 6 FDY,the cross-shaped cross-section super cool PA 6 FDY had lower breaking strength,elongation at break and dyeing M rate,but its cooling performance and moisture-wicking properties were significantly improved;compared with cross air blow quenching,circular air blow quenching was beneficial for improving the yarn uniformity,dyeing M rate,moisture-wicking properties,and drying properties of the cross-shaped cross section super cool PA 6 FDY,and had a relatively small influence the fiber cooling performance;and the super cool PA 6 FDY prepared by adding cool masterbatch containing AlN,using a cross-shaped spinneret and applying circular air blow quenching had good mechanical properties and excellent cooling performance,the fiber possessed a breaking strength of 3.52 cN/dtex and elongation at break of 42.3%,and the fabric possessed a contact cooling coefficient of 0.27 J/(cm^(2)·s)and moisture-wicking properties of gradeⅢ.
