增韧改性rPS的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：将不同结构和嵌段比的氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)与干燥后的聚苯乙烯再生料(rPS)进行共混造粒,制得SEBS增韧改性rPS(SEBS/rPS),研究了SEBS加入量对rPS力学性能、热性能、表面硬度的影响,并考察了SEBS/rPS作为改性母粒与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物回收料(rABS)共混制得的共混物(SEBS/rPS@rABS)的力学性能和热性能。结果表明:随着SEBS加入量的增加,SEBS/rPS的拉伸强度、弯曲强度下降,冲击强度提高;当加入的SEBS质量分数超过20%时,线型结构SEBS对rPS的增韧效果优于星型结构SEBS;SEBS的加入对rPS的热变形温度影响较小,当加入的SEBS质量分数为40%时,SEBS/rPS的热变形温度仅下降2.8℃;SEBS/rPS的表面硬度随SEBS加入量的增加而下降,当加入的SEBS质量分数为40%时,SEBS/rPS的表面铅笔硬度降至5B;SEBS/rPS作为改性母粒加入rABS后,SEBS/rPS@rABS的拉伸强度、冲击强度、热变形温度降低,SEBS/rPS应避免与rABS混合使用。The hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SEBS)with different structures and block ratios was blended and granulated with dried polystyrene recycled material(rPS)to prepare SEBS toughened modified rPS(SEBS/rPS).The effect of SEBS addition on the mechanical properties,thermal properties,and surface hardness of rPS were studied.And the mechanical properties and thermal properties of the blend(SEBS/rPS@rABS)prepared by blending SEBS/rPS as modified masterbatch with acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer recycled material(rABS)were investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength and bending strength of SEBS/rPS decreased,but the impact strength increased as the amount of SEBS increased;the toughening effect of linear SEBS on rPS was better than that of star shaped SEBS when the mass fraction of SEBS exceeded 20%;the addition of SEBS had a relatively minor effect on the thermal deformation temperature of rPS,the thermal deformation temperature of SEBS/rPS only decreased by 2.8℃when the mass fraction of SEBS was 40%;the surface hardness of SEBS/rPS decreased with the addition of SEBS,and the pencil hardness of SEBS/rPS decreased to 5B when the mass fraction of SEBS was 40%;and the tensile strength,impact strength and thermal deformation temperature of SEBS/rPS@rABS decreased when SEBS/rPS was used as modified masterbatch and added to rABS,and the SEBS/rPS should be avoided being mixed with rABS.
