摘 要:原液着色技术符合绿色低碳的时代主题,是聚酯纤维染色技术发展的主要趋势之一。综述了原色着色聚酯纤维的技术与市场进展。聚酯纤维原液着色技术主要有色母粒法和原位聚合法两种。色母粒法生产稳定可靠且相对灵活,是目前的主流技术,该方法的难点在于制备耐热性、分散性好、着色效率高、色牢度好、成品一致性好、具有一定黏度的色母粒。原位聚合法能更好地解决着色剂的分散性和相容性,但生产过程中着色剂会吸附或聚集在生产设备中,给连续生产带来困难,当前主要以炭黑为着色剂生产黑色聚酯纤维。随着色母粒法技术改进及原位聚合法产品推广应用,原液着色聚酯纤维市场规模将进一步扩大。The dope dyeing technology conforms to the era theme of green and low-carbon and becomes one of the main trends in the dyeing technology development of polyester fiber.The technological and market progress of dope-dyed polyester fibers were reviewed.The dope dyeing technologies for polyester fibers mainly include color masterbatch method and in-situ polymerization method.The color masterbatch method is stable,reliable and relatively flexible,and it is the current mainstream technology.The difficulty of this method lies in preparing color masterbatch with good heat resistance,good dispersibility,high coloring efficiency,good color fastness,high product consistency and certain viscosity.The in-situ polymerization method can better solve the dispersibility and compatibility of colorants,but colorants may adsorb or accumulate in the production equipment during the production process,causing difficulties for the continuous production.Currently,black polyester fibers are mainly produced using carbon black as a colorant.The market scale of dope-dyed polyester fibers would be further expanded with the improvement of color masterbatch technology and the application promotion of in-situ polymerization products.
