摘 要:利用静电纺丝技术与溶胶-凝胶法相结合可制备柔性氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))纳米纤维膜,拓宽Al_(2)O_(3)纳米纤维膜的应用领域。综述了静电纺柔性Al_(2)O_(3)纳米纤维膜、Al_(2)O_(3)基复相陶瓷纳米纤维膜、功能金属掺杂Al_(2)O_(3)纳米纤维膜的制备研究现状及其在催化、高温过滤及废水处理等领域的应用进展。指出静电纺柔性Al_(2)O_(3)基纳米纤维膜的拉伸强度仍较低,未来Al_(2)O_(3)纳米纤维膜的研究应着重于通过调节Al_(2)O_(3)单纤维内部晶体结构或纤维间搭接结构实现Al_(2)O_(3)基纳米纤维膜力学性能的进一步提升,采用原位合成技术或后整理技术引入功能化组分或特殊结构拓宽Al_(2)O_(3)基纳米纤维膜应用领域。The combination of electrospinning technology and sol-gel method can be used to prepare flexible aluminum oxide(Al_(2)O_(3))nanofiber membrane and expand the application field of Al_(2)O_(3) nanofiber membrane.The current research status of the preparation of electrospun flexible Al_(2)O_(3) nanofiber membranes,Al_(2)O_(3)-based multiphase ceramic nanofiber membranes and functional metal doped Al_(2)O_(3) nanofiber membranes,as well as their application progress in the fields of catalysis,high-temperature filtration and wastewater treatment,was reviewed.It was pointed out that the tensile strength of electrospun flexible Al_(2)O_(3) based nanofiber membranes was still relatively low,the research on Al_(2)O_(3) nanofiber membranes should be focused on the further improvement of their mechanical properties by adjusting the internal crystal structure of Al_(2)O_(3) single fibers or the overlap structure between fibers,and the broadening of their application fields by introducing functional components or special structures through in-situ synthesis or post-processing techniques in the future.
