信息韧性理论框架及对信息资源管理学科影响的探索性研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]面对不确定性社会情境,韧性研究的重要意义逐渐凸显。以韧性理论为基础,构建信息韧性理论框架模型。信息韧性理论框架研究有助于丰富和拓展信息资源管理学科的内涵和外延,切实提升学科在不确定性情境的学术影响力。[方法/过程]通过对28名信息资源领域学者进行深度访谈,以扎根编码的形式对访谈数据进行深度解构,围绕信息韧性概念的维度与特征、形成机理以及对学科发展的影响,构建了信息韧性理论框架模型。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,信息韧性主要体现在信息质量、信息环境以及信息系统三个方面,个体特征、信息韧性和技术韧性是影响信息韧性的重要因素。研究还发现信息韧性对信息资源管理学科内容、学科研究以及学科影响力产生重要影响。信息韧性理论模型的提出,为韧性理论与信息资源管理学科的深度融合奠定理论基础。[Purpose/significance]In the face of uncertain social situations,the importance of resilience research has gradually become prominent.Based on resilience theory,this study constructs an information resilience theory model.The research helps to enrich the connotation and expand extension of the information resource management discipline,meanwhile effectively enhancing the academic influence of the discipline in uncertain situations.[Method/process]This study conducted in-depth interviews with 28 scholars in the field of information resources,and deeply deconstructed the interview data in the form of grounded coding.Based on the dimensions and characteristics of the concept of information resilience,its formation mechanism,and its impact on disciplinary development,a theoretical framework model of information resilience was constructed.[Result/conclusion]The research results show that information resilience is mainly reflected in information quality,environment,and systems.Individual characteristics,information resilience,and technological resilience are important factors affecting information resilience.The study also found that information resilience significantly impacts the content,research,and influence of the discipline of information resource management.The information resilience theory model proposal lays a theoretical foundation for the deep integration of resilience theory and information resource management.
