摘　　要：[目的/意义]从创新过程评价学术论文创新性,将科学、全面的发现创新性成果,从而促进创新性成果的传播与利用。[方法/过程]采用引文分析法,在知识生产过程的基础上,将创新过程分为吸收、转化、产出过程,选取创新过程中的新知识引用率、知识引用年龄跨度、知识引用多样性、知识转化率、学术创新扩散度、学术创新贡献度6个指标,构建基于创新过程的学术论文创新性评价模型,并以图书情报学领域高被引论文为研究对象进行实证研究。[结果/结论]基于创新过程的学术论文创新性评价模型为遴选高创新性的学术论文提供了新途径。[Purpose/significance]Evaluating the innovativeness of academic papers in terms of the innovation process will identify innovative results scientifically and comprehensively,thus facilitating the dissemination and utilization of innovative results.[Method/process]Citation analysis is used in this study.On the basis of knowledge production process,the innovation process is divided into absorption,transformation and output process by using the citation analysis method.Six indexes are selected in the innovation process,including citation rate of new knowledge,knowledge citation age span,knowledge citation diversity,knowledge conversion rate,diffusion of academic innovation and contribution of academic innovation.The innovation evaluation model of academic papers based on innovation process is constructed,and the highly cited papers in the field of library and information science are taken as the research object for empirical research.[Result/conclusion]The innovation evaluation model of academic papers based on innovation process provides a new way to select highly innovative academic papers.
