摘  要:[目的/意义]立足群体性视角并运用复杂网络领域前沿技术构建社交网络舆情背景下在线群体观点演化机理模型,为观察在线社交网络结构特征、理解网络舆情态势和营造风清气正网络生态提供理论框架。[方法/过程]依照理论基础层、技术支撑层和内容分析层的逻辑架构,在界定在线群体观点演化内涵外延基础上,从认知科学视角探讨了在线群体观点演化过程存在的高阶交互特性,并基于情景意识理论将群体用户在网络交互环境中随着对舆情信息的理解和判断,从而在时间维度上表现出的观点演化周期划分为形成、突变和预测三个阶段。[结果/结论]最终构建的机理模型具有群体观点理论建构、群体交互数据向高阶网络映射及群体观点演化过程分析等功能,为社交网络舆情监测提供了路径指引。[Purpose/significance]This paper constructs a model of the evolution mechanism of online group opinions in the context of social network public opinion,utilizing cutting-edge technologies in complex networks and adopting a group perspective.The theoretical framework allows for observing the structural characteristics of online social networks,understanding the trend of network public opinion,and contributing to creating clean and positive network ecology.[Method/process]The logical architecture of the model of the evolution mechanism of online group opinions includes the theoretical foundation,technical support,and content analysis layers.It defines the connotation and extension of group opinion dynamics,exploring the higher-order interactive characteristics of online groups from a cognitive science perspective.The opinion evolution process is divided into three stages-formation,catastrophe,and prediction-based on the Situational Awareness Theory to understand and judge public opinion information.[Result/conclusion]The constructed model of the evolution mechanism has functions such as constructing group opinion theory,mapping group interaction data to higher-order interactive networks,and analyzing the evolution process of group opinion.Our work provides path guidance for monitoring social network public opinion.
