文献循证视域下科学证据图谱构建研究——以碳减排领域文献为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]科学文献是循证决策的重要依据,对文献中的科学证据进行抽取和呈现,能够进一步提升科研创新的效率和科学研究的决策价值。[方法/过程]首先,基于循证理论分析文献循证视域下科学证据的要素构成,并对科学证据图谱的结构进行设计;其次,利用SciAIEngine、依存句法分析和语义角色标注等工具和方法分别对“研究背景”“研究过程”和“研究结果”三个维度下的证据要素及其关系进行抽取,以构建证据图谱并实现证据查询;最后,以碳减排领域文献为例构建面向碳减排决策的科学证据图谱,以验证该方法的有效性。[结果/结论]所构建的证据图谱不仅能够揭示科学证据要素之间的关联,而且能够实现“领域主题”“研究地区”“研究变量”“变量关系”“对策建议”等证据要素的查询,还能够实现研究结果的溯源与互证,以此为循证决策提供科学依据。[Purpose/significance]Scientific literature is an important basis for evidence-based decision-making,and the extraction and presentation of scientific evidence from the literature can further enhance the efficiency of scientific innovation and the decision-making value of scientific research.[Method/process]Firstly,based on the evidence-based theory,this article analyzes the constituent elements of scientific evidence from the perspective of evidence-based literature,and designs the structure of the scientific evidence graph.Secondly,tools and methods such as SciAIEngine,dependency syntax analysis,and semantic role annotation are used to extract evidence elements and their relationships from the three dimensions of“research background”“research process”,and“research results”,in order to construct an evidence graph and implement evidence queries.Finally,the scientific evidence mapping for carbon emission reduction decision-making is constructed by taking carbon emission reduction literature as an example,in order to validate the validity of the method.[Result/conclusion]The constructed evidence graph can not only reveal the correlation between scientific evidence elements,but also enable the query of evidence elements such as“domain theme”“research region”“research variables”“variable relationships”“policy recommendations”,etc.It can also achieve the traceability and mutual evidence of research results,providing scientific basis for evidence-based decision-making.
