摘  要:CsPbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)全无机钙钛矿纳米晶具有优异的光电特性,但其应用受到Pb^(2+)的毒性和晶胞的不稳定性等限制。过渡金属离子Cu^(2+)掺杂制备CsPb_(1-x)Cu_(x)Br_(3)纳米晶可以有效解决这一问题。采用分段加热法,掺杂一定量的Cu^(2+)使得CsPbBr_(3)晶胞收缩,同时提高荧光量子产率。当反应温度为130℃、Cu^(2+)掺杂量为5%时,CsPb_(1-x)Cu_(x)Br_(3)纳米晶的荧光量子产率达到74%,平均粒径为11.15±2.42 nm。与未掺杂的纳米晶相比,掺杂后CsPb_(0.95)Cu_(0.5)Br_(3)纳米晶的水稳定性、紫外光稳定性以及存储稳定性分别提高了37%、34%和28%。CsPb_(0.95)Cu_(0.05)Br_(3)纳米晶白光发光二极管器件的显色指数为54.3,流明效率和色温分别为43.2 lm/W和6512 K,色坐标为(0.33,0.34),其色域覆盖范围可达国家电视委员会标准的134.64%。CsPbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,I)all inorganic perovskite nanocrystals have excellent optoelectronic properties,but their applications are limited by the toxicity of Pb^(2+)and the instability of the cell.Doping with transition metal ion Cu^(2+)to prepare CsPb_(1-x)Cu_(x)Br_(3)NCs can effectively solve this problem.By employing a segmented heating method and doping a certain amount of Cu^(2+),the crystal cell of CsPbBr_(3)shrinks while enhancing the photoluminescence quantum yield.When the reaction temperature is 130℃and the Cu^(2+)doping amount is 5%,the photoluminescence quantum yield of the CsPb_(1-x)Cu_(x)Br_(3)nanocrystals reaches 74%,and the average particle size of the sample shows 11.15±2.42 nm.Compared to the undoped nanocrystals,the water stability,ultraviolet stability,and storage stability of the doped CsPb_(0.95)Cu_(0.5)Br_(3)nanocrystals are improved by 37%,34%,and 28%,respectively.The white light-emitting diode device based on CsPb_(0.95)Cu_(0.05)Br_(3)NCs has a color rendering index of 54.3,a luminous efficiency and a correlated color temperature of 43.2 lm/W and 6512 K,respectively.The color coordinate of the WLED is(0.33,0.34)and its color gamut reaches 134.64%of the National Television System Committee standard.
