摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了一系列具有高近红外反射的环境友好型无机黄色颜料Bi_(1-x)Ti_(x)VO_(4)(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04)。探讨了Ti^(4+)掺杂对Bi_(1-x)Ti_(x)VO_(4)的晶型结构、微观形貌、呈色性能以及近红外线反射性能等的影响。结果表明,Ti^(4+)掺杂后获得了单斜相的黄色颜料,当掺杂量为x=0.04时出现杂质相。Ti^(4+)掺杂有助于减小颜料的晶粒尺寸。Ti^(4+)会降低黄色颜料的明度,提升黄色颜料的黄色值;当x=0.03时,Bi_(1.97)Ti_(0.03)VO_(4)黄色颜料的呈色性能最佳,其L*,a*,b*分别为84.04,-0.77,84.15。Ti^(4+)掺杂可提升黄色颜料在近红外区域的反射率,当x=0.03时得到的近红外太阳光反射率R*达到最大为93.07%。实际热反射性能研究证明,在红外灯照射下,Bi_(0.97)Ti_(0.03)VO_(4)涂层的温度比BiVO_(4)的涂层温度低2℃,因此,Bi_(1-x)Ti_(x)VO_(4)黄色颜料可作为一种“冷”颜料,用于建筑、运输工具等领域的降温节能。A series of environmentally friendly inorganic yellow pigments,Bi_(1-x) Ti_(x)VO_(4)(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03,0.04)with high near-infrared reflection,were prepared by coprecipitation method.The influence of Ti^(4+)doping on the crystal structure,microstructure,chromatic performance,and near-infrared reflectance of Bi_(1-x) Ti_(x)VO_(4) was investigated.The results showed that Ti^(4+)doping resulted in a monoclinic yellow pigment,and impurity phases appeared when the doping amount was x=0.04.Ti^(4+)doping helps to reduce the grain size of pigments.Ti^(4+)will reduce the brightness of yellow pigments and increase their yellow value;when x=0.03,the color performance of Bi0.97Ti0.03VO_(4) yellow pigment is the best,with L*,a*,and b*of 84.04,-0.77,and 84.15,respectively.Ti^(4+)doping can enhance the reflectivity of yellow pigments in the near-infrared region.When x=0.03,the near-infrared solar reflectance R*obtained reaches a maximum of 93.07%.Research on actual thermal reflection performance has shown that under infrared light irradiation,the temperature of the Bi0.97Ti0.03VO_(4) coating is 2℃lower than that of the BiVO_(4) coating.Therefore,Bi_(1-x) Ti_(x)VO_(4) yellow pigment can be used as a“cool”pigment for cooling and energy conservation in fields such as construction and transportation.
