摘 要:为实现攀西矿产资源在陶瓷釉料领域的应用,采用钾长石、方解石、石英、滑石、高钛渣、赤铁矿等矿物为原料,通过正交实验、单因素实验优化釉料配方,制备出釉面效果较好的铁钛结晶釉。当使用钾长石23%,石英20%,方解石28%,高钛渣11%,赤铁矿6%,滑石7.2%,磷酸钙1.7%,最高烧结温度1200℃,1150℃保温30min时,釉面整体效果最优,综合性能较好,此时晶体为金黄色呈松针状,且分布均匀,晶粒直径57μm左右。铁钛结晶釉的晶体形成率和结晶常数都随保温时间的增加先减小后增加,当保温时间在30 min左右时晶体生长速度最快,此时结晶常数值最大约为0.12。In order to realize the application of Panxi mineral resources in the field of ceramic glaze,this study adopts potassium feldspar,calcite,quartz,talc,high titanium slag,hematite and other minerals as raw materials.Orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments were conducted to optimize the glaze formulation,resulting in an iron-titanium crystalline glaze with a favorable surface effect.When the content of potassium feldspar is 23 wt%,quartz is 20 wt%,calcite is 28 wt%,high-titanium slag is 11 wt%,hematite is 6 wt%,talc is 7.2%,and calcium phosphate is 1.7%,with a maximum sintering temperature of 1200℃,a holding temperature of 1150℃,and a holding time of 30 minutes,the overall surface effect of the glaze is optimal,and the comprehensive performance is good.At this point,the crystals are golden yellow and needle-like,with a uniform distribution and an average grain diameter of about 57 micrometers.The crystal formation rate and crystallization constant of the iron-titanium crystalline glaze both decrease and then increase with the increase in the holding time.The crystal growth rate is the fastest when the holding time is about 30 min,and the value of the crystallization constant reaches its maximum value of about 0.12.
