摘　　要：目的 探讨Caprini量表预测O'Donoghue三联征关节镜手术后VTE的价值。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月至2021年1月O'Donoghue三联征行关节镜手术治疗患者36例,根据是否发生静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)分为发生VTE组(12例)与未发生VTE组(24例)。应用Caprini量表对两组患者进行评估、分级。结果 发生VTE组Caprini评分明显高于未发生VTE组(P<0.05);发生VTE组危险度分级与未发生VTE组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Caprini量表评估为极高危和高危是VTE的独立危险因素(P<0.001)。结论 Caprini量表可以较好预测O'Donoghue三联征关节镜手术后发生VTE的风险,利于VTE预防。Objective To explore the value of Caprini scale in predicting venous thromboembolism(VTE)after arthroscopic surgery for O'Donoghue triad.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 36 patients with O'Donoghue triad who underwent arthroscopic surgery from January 2015 to January 2021.The patients were divided into a VTE group(12 cases)and a VTE free group(24 cases)based on the occurrence of VTE.Evaluated and graded two groups of patients using the Caprini scale.Results The Caprini score in the group with VTE was significantly higher than that in the group without VTE(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the risk classification between the VTE group and the non VTE group.The Caprini scale assessed extremely high risk and high risk as independent risk factors for VTE(P<0.001).Conclusion The Caprini scale can effectively predict the risk of VTE after arthroscopic surgery for O'Donoghue triad,which is beneficial for VTE prevention.
